Ryan Dalusung (they/them) is an American actor born in the Philippine city of Makati and raised in the US. Infusing diverse artistic and generational influences into their work, they’ve contained their performance style into something personal, contemporary, and a little nostalgic.

Impactful artists for Ryan have been actors like Peter O’Toole, Johnny Depp, Toshiro Mifune, Conrad Veidt, and Audrey Hepburn—as well as progressive icons like David Bowie, Hayley Williams, Greta Garbo, or artist Käthe Kollwitz—people who counter convention with bold expression.

Despite a humble career, Ryan’s lucky to have worked with amazing dramatists in various forms of media—including actor/writer Colman Domingo at Baltimore’s Everyman Theatre, or writer Kenneth Lin at DC’s Arena Stage—and continues to seek and collaborate with storytellers in different ways.

Ryan is a member of the actors’ unions SAG-AFTRA and AEA.
